✽  Cancellations and Refunds

To qualify for a return or exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage to the products purchased. Without a full video proof (from opening the seal of the package till the end, without edits, cuts, or filters), the return request will be declined immediately. Any damage caused by the customer cannot be accepted for a refund.

If approved for return, please ensure the product is in its original condition and accompanied by all original packaging, including any jewelry boxes. Once your return is received, allow 2 business days for the refund to be credited back to the bank used for purchase.
